The junior rate applies to members who are under 18, or are in full time education.
Ordinary members pay the same subscription to the ABMSAC as affiliate members, plus a subscription to the SAC in Switzerland. These subscriptions will be payable to the Hon. Membership Secretary who will arrange payment to the SAC on behalf of the whole club.

Entry fees and annual subscription rates vary between SAC Sections. The fees do not include the entry fee, which is payable in the first year (typically 20 SFr). Details for other sections can be provided on request.

(i)The subscription to the Swiss Alpine Club is based on the appropriate SAC section charge at the current rate of exchange. For 2012, this has been set at SFr 1.40 to £1.
(ii) Reduced rates also apply for Junior members of the SAC and details can be provided on request.
(iii) The SAC Joint Membership is for husbands and wives (or equivalent), and gives full rights as individuals to both, except in that only one copy of publications will be provided.
